There once was a time in skateboarding when people said exactly what was on their minds without fear of breaching a sponsors « code of conduct. » Those days, for the most part, have been replaced with canned responses as taught in the movie Bull Durham. « I’m just happy to be here; hope I can help the ballclub. » Jason Dill harkens back to a long-gone era when men were men and the only cult in skateboarding was Jodie Foster’s Army. We caught up with Jason Dill for a day to discuss weight loss, smoking, silly religions, his approach to past, present and future video parts as well as chain-smoking monkeys. Welcome to the team, Jason.
